How do you send Logitech speakers back? Is there a Logitech website that tells you what to do if your speakers break? thanks
 
buy it from logitech? id rma to whoever you bought from first. if they dont have a rma page on their website email customer service and ask for an rma

most places will want the order number, have it handy
 
I bought it from a local computer shop that went out of business last month. I contacted Logitech about the problem but they haven't responded to my email yet.
 
I have the z560's and they need to be replaced. Do they make you cut the control center off, or do they make you send the whole unit back?

If you call them and verify payment/ownership of the product, they will generally send you a box to send them back in in order for them to repair them or replace them.

Calling is best in this situation.
