How to Send Audio to HDMI on Radeon 2100

So, I have an AMD-based motherboard, the GA-MA47GM-G2, which has a built in Radeon HD 2100. I have ATI's DVI to HDMI adapter and have a TV connected to the computer via that adapter, and the video displays with no problems, however I cannot find a way to trasmit the audio.

Normally (on my other systems), I would right click on the audio system tray icon, select playback devices and from there set HDMI as default, however there is no option for HDMI. Does anyone know how to enable this? I have the CCC and ATI Realtek drivers installed that came on the DVD that came with the motherboard and am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1.

Thanks in advance.

DVI does not, ATI video cards somehow know when the HDMI adapter is plugged in and begin transmitting audio. Don't ask me how, all I know is it works with my HD 4850 just fine, and according to ATI and many other websites it should work with the on-board HD 2100 as well. Except it doesn't.
