How to see users currently accessing win2k server?

I want to see who is still accessing to a server (WIN2K) before rebooting it. Please adivice. Thanks,
 
Open "Computer Management" from "Administrative Tools". Click on "Shared Folders" Click on "Sessions" and "Open Files" That will tell you what resources are being used.
