How to see internet speed in Win7?

I'm trying to determine how much data is being transferred for various internet activities and am using Win7 Ultimate. I go to Task Manager and can see the Networking graph that shows my link speed at 100 Mbps and displays % utilization in the graph. I would much rather have a graph that shows, say, 250k/sec instead of % utilization. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance.

Task Manager --> Networking --> View --> Select Columns

What you want would probably be Bytes Received Per Interval.

As for the graph, I don't think it's possible to change that. The graph on Performance --> Resource Monitor --> Network does the same thing. Or you could use something like Process Manager.
