How to see if a GTX770+650 Physx non Ti is worth it

Is there a good way to benchmark (preferably a free tool) my setup to see if using an older 650 non Ti 1gb card as dedicated physx is worthwhile? I tried using fluidmark and the benchmarks kept coming back as the 770 alone being better, Im hoping this is just because it is a mainly PhysX only benchmark but wanted some sort of validation.

Running the following system
770GTX 4GB
650 1GB non Ti
4670K not overclocked...yet

There are plenty of games that have built in benchmarks. If you don't own them, there are also quite a few demos.

Demos of games with physx and built in benchmarks:

Batman 1 Arkham Asylum
Darkest of Days
Mafia II
Cryostasis Tech Demo

There might be a few more, that is just off the top of my head.

EDIT: Look on Nvidia's website too. The rocket sled demo has physx, I believe.

Arkham Asylum had the benchmark removed, but City and Origins still have one.

It's good to test a variety of games, I did when I upgraded to a 560TI, I put one of my 9800GTX+'s in and found that it improved some games slightly, others were actually slower.

Fluidmark will show the 770 as being faster because It is just doing the PhysX, and of course the 770 has many more shaders to process that.

What you need is to test it with something that is already rendering a game, this will leave much less of the shaders free to calculate PhysX and is a more realistic scenario.

If you have both cards already, I say just try playing a GPU PhysX game and see which feels smoother. I would bet that the two card solution would be best in game, because the PhysX won't bog down your main GPU.

If you own any of the Batman games, or Borderlands 2, those would be good tests that make good use of Physx. I experimented with using a 8800GT for Physx paired with a 680 and performance was significantly worse, but I think a 650 has quite a bit better CUDA performance than the 8800GT I was using.

I have all of the games listed, I'll try to give the benchmarks a shot.

Borderlands doesnt have a benchmark that I could find, the best i could see was a built in FPS counter.

The batman games seem to crash when I try the benchmark flag on the shortcut, wonder if steam has something to do with it.

The Batman benchmarks are accessed from within the game menus.

I have a hybrid setup but I can provide numbers for the 650 I have the superclocked version.

I have borderlands 2, Batman AC and Mafia II
