How do we Sanitary Erase an SSD prior to doing a fresh install of Windows 7 on it?

Try HDDErase, you may need an older version though. Google a bit and you should find something that works. It would, of course, lead to total data loss on the SSD and would be like a zero-write except this method doesn't cost you any write cycles.
