Question How to screen record with internal sound on Macbook?

So, sometime I need to record my google meet meeting, once I tried to record it with default screen recording option present in Mac. And after meeting when I checked it then I see there is only my microphone sound and no internal audio (from my colleague) has been captured. Please help me to resolve this issue, I have tried different recording option in the screen recording feature but unable to record the internal audio.
