How to save flash/shockwave from internet

Never tried this before but how would I go about saving a flash file or shockwave file from a site. I know that you can save a webpage, but I don't think the .fla file gets saved.

 
its usually in your browser cache after viewing the page. copy it out and rename it, associate the .swf (or whatever) extension with firefox/ie/whatever to play it. works for me.
