there are plenty of crap useless files being accumulated due to apps being downloaded and installed on my computer, now the problem is how can i make these crap and "bad" files to stop running on Windows background? and leave it just "dead" cause these files are slowing down the boot time and causes slow downs and System instability I know it is hard to delete all the "crappy", "unnecessary", useless" files but is there a software that can make these files "dead"

btw I already used Startup Cop, any other better free software than can make these files dead?
cause I just wanted to run in the background those "good" programs
