How to Run web server on ME? IIS?

It doesn't have a "true" web server like IIS, but I believe it has "Personal Web Server" and if I recall it is an option either on setup or on the WinME CD itself.
 
Thanks, I found apache.org and downloaded the free win32 apache web server, even though its "experimental" it works pretty well.
