How to run twin ATX power supplies?

I'm thinking about trying to run twin power supplies in my case, a Inwin Q500. I currently have a PC Power and Cooling Turbo Cool 300watt, but would like to run a 250watt supply for all my fans.

Do I need to splice the ATX switch wires or something?
