How to run quake 3 arena benchmark?

Im doing some testing for some motherboards, and I would like to know how do I do the benchmarking on quake 3 arena? (1.27g)
 
click demo
then the ~ key
type timedemo 1 then return
~ key
run the demo when it end hit the ~ key and it will tell you your FPS
