How to run PS with MB?

I am modding my first case and will need to test some fans out in the case without having a MB to hook the PS to.
How do I get the PS to run/work without a MB?

You can toggle it on and off by using a paperclip and shorting the green and one of the black wires on the ATX connector.

Depending on the powersupply, a fan may not be enough load for it to kick on so you may need to connect a hard drive or something. (switching powersupplies need a load to operate)
