How to run prime95 on a hyper threading cpu?

How do I test a hyper-threading cpu? Because the task manage shows two cpus and when running prime95 it only shows 50% usage.

1 instance on "each" logical cpu?

Use Orthos, It essentially runs two instances of prime 95, and is made for dual core/hyperthreading.
