How to run DOOM version 1.9 in Win2k?

I downloaded the demo here. I'm wondering if you can run it in Win2k? Is that possible?

Works for me, no sound though

I havent really had the time to figure that one out.

Could you tell me how do you run it? Did you just execute DOOM.exe?

Yeah, was a while ago, but I cant seem to remember having to do anything special to run it.

Having a problem with it?

Yeah, I can see nothing as soon as I run doom.exe

I just see a black screen.
