how to run distributed.net client has a service in NT?

Run the executable to install: dnetc.exe -install That switch will install it as a service. To start it, dnetc.exe -svcstart

EDIT: Also works in 95 and 98. Keeps it hidden so curious users can't accidentally shut it down.

From the command promt (Dos Box) cd\Your Dnet Client Dir\dnetc -install ....then hit enter, and reboot
