How to run a program at startup

I want to have windows media player play a video upon windows startup, what do i need to do? thanks

put a shortcut to it in Start > Programs > Startup

thanks...that was kind of dumb of me...i was thinking only programs could be started, and so i thought i would need some kind of command...
