how to run a program as a system process in w2k?

if i want to run a counter-strike server as a system process (so it runs no matter what user is signed on) in w2k, how do i do that?
 
yeah, that too... although i think the reason i ended up using firedaemon was because i *tried* using srvany first... 🙂
