how to rma with evga, is this hard?

so i got a evga 8800gts 512mb.
i dont have the reciept.

i opened the box, the card is dead on arrival.

uh am i screwed?

Go to the website you ordered from and see if they have records of your purchase. I took a screenshot of that page since I had lost my invoice when doing a RMA with evga and they didnt give me any problems.
