Im trying to RMA my wireless optical keyboard. It sometimes detects...sometimes doesn't on boot. I changed the batteries and when I try it with my older wireless keyboard, it works fine.

Anybody have luck with them? Or how do I do it?

I've never used them, but I hear they're very good with RMAing stuff like keyboards and mice. They might just ship you a new keyboard.

They are good about replacing products under warranty without hassle.
