My 3.0 arrived lifeless, i ordered it almost 2 months ago from newegg, but due to some International shipping problems, I just noticed the problematic Prossesor. Should i try to RMA Newegg, or should go to intel?

Then newegg. You only have to send it to them, and they might even send you a shipping label if you ask nicely. I assume it wasn;t a refurb, then you have to go to Intel.

I don't see what the problem is, you say there is only a 7 day return window on processors. Ok, either do nothing, or send it to intel if it has been 7 days. If it is within the 7 days, ship it to newegg. Fill out their automated rma form online, follow their instructions.

I just requested a RMA in newegg.com for my processor (which is not in the 7 day guarantee), and I was instantly aprroved. What does this mean? Why would they aprrove my Cpu for Repair?.. should i send it anyways?

They (NewEgg) have a phone number. Try calling them and asking them what they can do for you. Or email them. If it's a retail processor, then it's definitly still covered under warrantee. You probably could RMA it through either NewEgg or Intel, so I would call or email both parties and see which is the cheapest/fastest.
