hmm, its a good card, but i guess not as good quality. first of all, the rear usb ports dont work. i didnt rma at that time because, well, too much trouble and i dont really need 4 ports. then yesterday. i put on my sennheiser headphones and for somereason. only the right ear! thought it was my headphones, but it wasnt. i shooke the little adapter thingy and the left ear came in. but only if i held it would it come in. now after "hitting" it, it doesnt come in at all! soooo. i bought this from newegg. do i go to them or do i go to hercules. if the latter, do i email them or call them? thanks. this was an oem. so probably newegg huh? i got this on july 1st.

also, has any been having problems with win2k + eax?

also, whoever has a radeon, wtf is up with openGL!?

Well, let's just pack as many issues as possible into one post, eh? ;)

First off, you want to RMA to Newegg, if need be they'll mess with Hercules.
Second, I tried a Santa Cruz (same chip), and also had problems with Win2k/EAX.
Third, I don't have a Radeon, so sorry. :)

That external box of the Game Theater XP simply blows! Shake any plug or connector, and it will fall out! The thing is weak.

I am returning mine to BestBuy and will probably buy a Santa Cruz instead, at least nothing will fall out of there. And there is no unbendable gorilla cable there, either! I had to fight with that thing for 20 mins until it finally agreed to go where I needed.

How long has it been since you bought it? Before 30 days, then go to NewEgg, unless they ship to the manufacture for you, which you can still send to them.
