How to RMA Duron CPU?

I'm not sure how it works.. I have a retail Duron 800 w/ the original HSF that's sorta faulty. It came with a 3 year warranty so I'll like to RMA it....

Also, I lost the receipt. 🙁 Can you rma w/o receipt?
 
To RMA, you need the serial number from the original retail heatsink/fan unit IIRC. Aha, here is some info for you.
