How to rip steaming videos

My friend subscribes to a Polish online TV network. They are streaming feeds that I need to record to PC so when he travels with his laptop, he can watch them..

Any ideas?

On a related note, my friend just asked me a week ago if he could "download" Yahoo music videos. I told him no. I am sure there is some backwards way of doing it and it probably involves re encoding some it will look like crap but if there is an easy way to rip the stream and play it back in its native format, someone please speak up.

That is easy. You just get a program called LyFox and it will give you the MMS Stream address, and you just use FlashGet to save it..

No re-encoding, looks just like it does on Yahoo
