How To Rid Of The Password Manager?

Can anyone tellme how to get rid of the Password Manager, Im tired of it poping up everytime I check email, etc.....I accidentally clicked yes one time, but cant seem to make it go away even by changing my passwords!

Open IE and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> AutoComplete and uncheck where is says passwords and prompt me, etc.
