Doesn't do anything about spiders though - like someone said, I don't think there's any residual deterrant that works on spiders - possibly because they just walk over it.

Best suggestions are to seal your garage and spray for ants. Spiders won't last too long if other insects aren't around to eat.

how much does it normally cost for an exterminator to come out?

Too much for something you can easily do yourself. Exterminator really isn't necessary unless you have a major bug problem like BRS or termites.

i see, thanks.

I don't mind spiders... they eat other, more annoying, bugs.

Unless they are coming in the house and crawling around in your kitchen cabinets and jumping on your head when you're sleeping, spiders are your friends. If theres just a few of them in the garage I wouldn't worry too much about them. My 9 year old will used to like to catch ants and throw them in the webs in the cracks between the garage floor and driveway so he could watch the spiders come out and snag the ants, fun for the whole family!! So, I do know for a fact that spiders eat ants so they are doing Orkin's job for you for free!

No idea, I live in an apartment so the leasing office covered it. If it's just your garage though you should be able to do it yourself.

Daddy longlegs are harmless and actually quite useful in keeping other bugs at bay.

I spray my home for bugs inside and out several times a year. You should get into the habit. Do not use the ready mix stuff, get yourself a 2 gallon sprayer and mix your own

As far as your current issues is concerned, spray the gargage every week or so untill the issue is resolved.

I am not a fan of bug bombs. Don't like that crap getting everywhere.

Um, liquid spray isn't any better.
