how to reverse airflow of slot fan

Anyone know how to reverse the airflow of a slot fan? It cant be just as simple as reversing the polarity, right?
 
If you're talking about one of the blower wheel type slot coolers, the short answer is no. Electronic fan motors only run in one direction, and even if they didn't, the blower wheel will always move air from the inside of the wheel to the outside, just works better in one direction than the other.

Some of the seemingly similar bay type coolers can push air in either direction because they use axial flow fans that can be reversed in the housing.... You could do something similar by ripping the guts out of your slot cooler and installing a low profile fan of the right diameter to blow out of the hole.
