How to retrieve the deleted files?

I missed some important files, I thought I backed up them already, before install Fresh Windows 7 on it. How can I recover them? TIA.
 
So you deleted them, then did a fresh install of win7 on the same drive? Chances are, its unrecoverable. Depending on a few factors, including what kind of format you did, and the location of deleted files in regards to the new OS installation on the partitions, it may be recoverable. You would need third party recovery software to do it, and it will take some time.
 
Yea if you've reinstalled you're probably toast. But the best free tool I've tried is recuva from piriform. Shut down the system and load it as a slave in another working computer, then scan it.
 
I experienced the same problem and my friend suggested me to use Recover My Files. This is good program to retrieve the deleted files.
