How to retrieve Address Book from Ghost Backup?

I would like to know how can I retrieve an address book from a ghost backup? I have the ghost explorer and everything but I can't seem to find the address book anywhere when I explore the backup up. Keep in mind I didn't export the backup or anything of that sort. Does anyone know how to retrieve it??

In Windows 98 its in Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book. Grab it out of there and place it somewhere and then just use the Import feature of the Address Book on that file and walla.

In Windows XP its in \Documents and Settings\XXXX\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book, where XXXX is your user name.
