
Majority of the iOS users are facing trouble downloading and installing version 12. They often get errors like unable to verify update, check for update or install the update. In addition, to the worst scenario, they also get “failed verification because you no longer connected to the internet”. However, this is not a problem to worry nor panic. There are ways with which you can override this error. Here is the immediate solution to resolve iOS 12 installation problems
Step 1
Delete the ‘iOS Download Image File’
The downloaded iOS image file often causes error while the users try to install the version after downloading the file. In order to sort out the issue, you need to delete the iOS image file which is downloaded alongside the file. Here is how you do it. Go to the ‘Settings’ and under the settings, select the General application and then go to iPhone Storage

In the iPhone storage, look for the image file that is downloaded. You can identify this with name iOS 12.
Step 2
Tap on ‘Delete’
Tap on Delete and once again Tap on the Delete update.
Step 3
Redownload ‘iOS file’
By now, the previous files would have been deleted. So, you need to download the iOS again. So, redownload the iOS once again under the software update. You can do this by going to ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Software Update’.

Step 4
Download and Install
Click on ‘Download’ and ‘Install’ to ‘Update’ the Software.

Now you are ready to download the software and install to your device.
