iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus have wonderful features called as System Haptic. When this is enabled, it provides vibratory feedbacks when you use the toggle in any of the apps like safari, settings inclusive of third party apps. However, when the device was upgraded, most of the users had encountered haptic feedback issues. It was no longer working and the iPhone users immensely missed this feature. Here’s how you troubleshoot this haptic feedback issue in iOS 12.
Step 1
Open ‘Settings’
Go to the setting tab and select the 'Sounds & Haptics'. Selecting this option, you will be routed to the next tab where you can see a list of features under 'Sounds & Haptics'.

Step 2
Turn off ‘System Haptics’
In the list, you can find ‘System Haptics’. If it is enabled, toggle the switch to the off mode.

Step 3
Restart ‘iPhone’
Once you turn off the button, reboot your device. This can be done by pressing ‘Slide to Power Off' button. Once your device is turned on, come back to the settings again. Repeat the Step 1.

Step 4
Turn on ‘System Haptics’
Go to the ‘System Haptics’ and enable the option. However, in some instances, the solution may not provide you with the desired result. Just in case, if you are not getting what is anticipated, follow step 5.

Step 5
Reset ‘Settings’
Go to ‘Settings’ and reset all the ‘Settings’.

When you reset the settings, most likely, the features will start working and your issue will be resolved.
