How do I resize the tv output display? I want to be able to stretch the picture so that it reached the edges of the tv screen or beyond (instead of the black boarders).
 
Found a cool program that does this!

It's called TVTool 4.8

It has the ability to stretch the picture so that it displays to the tv just like a stand alone dvd player! Also supports the resolution 720x480 (exact DVD resolution baby!) It also has the ability to display both TV and monitor at the same time!!! wow!

This program is sweet....it also removes macrovision 😛
