How to resize partition on Win 2000 Server?

I would like to reduce the size of my NTFS partition on Windows 2000 Server (not Pro) so I can install second OS. Does anyone know how to do it? Any programs/utilities?

I thought the Partition Magic Pro will not work on Windows 2000 Server.
