Search on Google for OPHCrack. Burn the iso on a cd and boot from the CD. It will show you the Windows account password.

Better than that is to boot Hiren's Boot CD. There is a utility on it that, once booted, allows you to just set a new password. OPHCrack sometimes can't get the password.

Inachu nailed it. I've used that program many times and it works great. Only thing it won't reset is a Microsoft account Windows password for Windows 8 and 8.1. Local accounts can be reset fine.
