Are you looking at the Start->All Programs and looking to resort them all? If so right click and select Sort By Name.

nope. it is the list which you can choose a program to open a file.

thanks for the info. i deleted all keys on "FileExts",
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts

but the "other programs" list is still the same, how to reset it?

You can't. It is the list of programs in your system.
