How to: Reset External Modem?

I tried updating the firmware for my Creative Labs Modem Blaster (DE5621) and it had a seizure while updating and froze up. Now my system won't detec the modem under Device Manager. I went to Phone and Modem options under Control Panel and it says the device isn't present. Is there anyway I can reset the flash rom in the modem? I tried searching on Creative's site and on the manual that came on the CD-ROM and couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help!
 
You're screwed. Sorry 🙂 but if you interrupt a flashing operation, it's dead, Jim.

That's why 99% of flashing programs state "DO NOT POWER OFF THE DEVICE UNTIL COMPLETE".
 
Easier said than done when it's not available in your area. Too far for DSL no cable lines on our road. Satellite sucks for gaming
