I was looking around in the bios and must have set something wrong under the cpu settings, now the system wont boot. (black screen) I cant find the manual, can anyone tell me where to find the over ride jumper or what key stroke i should perform to reset the mobo with default settings?

There is a cmos jumper located close to the CMOS battery. Consult your manual. You would power off, unpug - ground yourself with your power supply (touch it), then unhook your ATX header lead from the power supply to the mainboard. Then move the CMOS jumper to the "clear" position for 3 minutes. The move it back to the "retain settings' position. Hook your ATX power header back up. Boot up , and as you boot tap the delete key several times. This will get your into your bios. Scroll down to "Set Optimized Defaults", "Y" for yes (do do this). Then back out to main menu. Save your settings and exit the bios, Boot up. If you have an ATI card (like ATI 9700/9800) you need to attach the 4 pin molex connector from teh card to a power supply molex (live one). Good luck. Remember read the manual and look at the diagram of your motherboard in the manual. It clearly showsyou where the CMOS jumper is.
