How to reset an ABIT motherboard?

I know there is a jumper that let me flash the motherboard, but I can't seem to find it in the manual. Anyone help me out here? I read on a post somewhere that it is located near the southbridge... where is that exactly?

I also think you can reset your BIOS on Abit boards by holding down the insert key while turning your computer on.

It's to the left of the battery almost straight across about 1-1/2 inches, just move the pins to the next two pins leave for ten seconds and replace them to the original set of pins.

The reason I asked how to flash the motherboard is that my computer won't boot up. I can power on and everything, it just won't boot. I cleared the cmos memory and the computer still won't boot. No beeps. Is there a way to remedy this?

a first step would be to try reseating your cpu, ram & videocard!
