How to rescan/refresh bus in XP???

In win98se I could open device manager and refresh the bus. This was when I turned on my scsi scanner after the system booted.

I will, of course, need to do this in XP as well, but do not see that item anywhere.

Does anyone know what they now call this function and where they hid it?
