Yup, you'll have to pull the mobo out of the case to do it.

It's a PITA, but it will work fine.

Even after squeezing the tabs together on the bottom, you sometimes have to take a flathead screwdriver and push it under the top of the pin, turn the screwdriver, and it'll pop up.
