I just bought This stuff to clean my CPU to transfer to a new motherboard. What do you use to wipe the stuff off after you put it on?

Just use a napkin. You're talking about the metal surface of a chip, its not that fragile. On the webpage the description says to use a paper towel anyway.

To be honest I just take some isopropyl alcohol and use that to clean the surface of my chip, it works fine. Needs a good few wipes to get it completely clean but it gets the job done.

I just use q-tips, cotton balls, napkins, acetone, isopropyl alcohol, whatever I have lying around. As long as you don't leave lint behind, you're fine.

I use IPA and lint free cloth (usually chopped up pieces of old t-shirts) or if I have some of the packaged IPA soaked cleansing towels we have at work to clean respirators with.

Lint-free shop rags from Home Depot; small bag costs $2. If I don't have those on hand, coffee filters work great too.
