How to remove the Zalman VF700 RAM sinks

I need to get new RAM sinks for my cards but dont have a clue on how to remove the old for new. Can you help me puhlease. Yes, you can treat me like a five year old.😉🙂

I did that on my fx5200 and the heatsinks came right off, with the memory chips ofcourse 😛

Dont care, was like a months ago and was planing to do something to kill it, i guess that will do.
