How to remove the Win98 "log out" button?

In Windows98, how do you remove the button for logging out that is located above the shut down button? I forgot off the top of head the actual button name but I know I have read how to do this before. If I dig, I can find this info again but someone here many know this off the top of their head.

Remove Log Off From Start Menu (9x / NT / 2K)

or u could uncheck "allow logoff" in the IE tab in TweakUI
