Bought a new laptop, using it today. Found out it had Google Toolbar installed. Unfortunately, I didn't add/remove programs it before I started up IE.
Supposedly, it has a component in there that tracks every website you go to and sends it to google. Does anyone know if using an alternative browser gets around that, or is the tracking OS-wide through some driver or networking component, and/or how to completely remove google toolbar?
