Wife calls after getting to work this morning. She was putting on eyeliner while stopped at a light, dropped her sunglasses, reached down to pick them up and somehow her other arm went straight up and drew all over the ceiling of the car. I can't even figure out how this went down, but alas, it did.

I already warned her against putting on makeup on while driving a few years ago, i see she took my recommendation. I was more worried about her getting in an accident as opposed to drawing all over the ceiling.

Anyway, any good products to get this crap off?

Isopropyl alcohol (91%+) would be the first thing I would try. It dissolves materials like that fairly well, and evaporates very quickly so there shouldn't be any lasting smell or residue.

Pour some on a few cotton balls and go to town.

I see women applying makeup while driving all the time...it is maddening.

I saw someone putting makeup on who was drifting lane to lane using the reflectors as indication of needing to steer back again. She drifted into the same lane as a guy on a BMW GS, he had to use the breakdown lane to keep her from hitting him. I called the cops with her plate but never heard back.

OP.. Your wife needs to put on makeup at home. Seriously.

Women drivers - a menace to your car, inside and out, and dangerous to everyone and everything else around.
