How to remove Defroster paint from cpu ???

So what is the best way to remove this rear window defroster repair stuff from a chip?? I'm changing to a board without any voltage ajustments, and I don't want or need the full 1.85V I get from closing all the L-7s........

take rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover on a q-tip..works like a charm

Alcohol...more alcohol....errr not the drinking one ok. Yup. Alcohol or accetone will do.
