How to remove cpu?

Hi, I am a hardware newbie. Except installing hard drive/ pci/agp cards, I can't do any other hardware installation.

My sister has a Dell Dimension 2400 and I want to do a cpu upgrade. Is there any guide online with images?

If you have installed hard drives and cards
then you have enough experience to replace a CPU.
Just remember......Do not run the computer without the CPU fan functioning .......
