How to Remove CDIdentifier.exe

I downloaded CDIdentifier and installed in my XP Machine. When I double-click on it, my machine rebooted. Now I want to remove CDIdentifier. There's no uninstall option for me, and it's not even in the Add/Remove Program. Any way I can clean uninstall this freeware? Thanks!

Are you sure it actually installed itself everywhere....meaning program files/reg entries/etc?

Maybe it's just one .exe file, in which case you just delete it...and it's gone!
