how to remove abit ti 4200 heatsink/fan?

Put it in a static bag and then in the freezer for awhile. Take it out, put something (credit card) on the card next to the HSF to protect the card, then use a screwdriver and gently twist it off.

is it screwed on or anything? do ya know?
