how to remove abit ti 4200 heatsink/fan?

anyone know how too? so i can install this aftermarket hs/f i got for my ti4200.

Put it in a static bag and then in the freezer for awhile. Take it out, put something (credit card) on the card next to the HSF to protect the card, then use a screwdriver and gently twist it off.
