How to remove a Windows Installation?

I have 2 hard drives, and I have a copy of Windows XP Pro on each of them. Don't ask why, but I do. I want to know if it's possible to remove one Windows SP Pro installation without needing to erase the hard drive. I have having to deal with the boot menu.

Thanks

Modify your boot.ini to remove the entry.

this is what I did. I went to run->msconfig->boot.ini tab. There I pressed the 'check all boot paths' button. Then close restart and you should be fine.
